Quick check
Is your company's data worth licensing?
This uses the same factors buyers look at first: size, age, industry and where the work lives.
Data that buyers ask for.
Buyers want the work: how your team handles requests, makes decisions and gets jobs done. Customer lists stay out.
| Data | What it includes | Where it lives |
|---|---|---|
| Sales and CRM history | Deals, notes, quotes and why accounts were won or lost | HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive |
| Processes and SOPs | Checklists, playbooks and training material | Notion, Confluence, Google Docs |
| Design and CAD files | Years of drafts, revisions and final files | Figma, AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Adobe |
| Support tickets | Customer problems and how your team solved them | Zendesk, Freshdesk, Gorgias, Jira |
| Projects and jobs | Estimates, schedules, job notes and closeouts | ServiceTitan, Procore, Jobber, Asana |
| Code and tickets | Repositories, pull requests and the tickets behind them | GitHub, GitLab, Jira |
| Operations records | Dispatch, scheduling, work orders and quality checks | TMS, ERP, shared drives |

What is DataIntro?
DataIntro is a seller-side broker for company data. We figure out what your records are worth, take them to the buyers that fit and help you choose between offers. Nothing moves without your yes.
How is sensitive information protected?
The buyer removes or masks sensitive details before the agreed use. You set exclusions, access and retention before sharing anything. Each buyer has its own process, so confirm the details before you sign.
What does this cost us?
Zero. If a deal closes, the buyer pays our fee. Nothing comes out of your side.
Do we lose our data?
No, you keep it. A license lets the buyer use an agreed copy of the data while you keep ownership. The contract spells out the rights and limits.
Who qualifies?
Most buyers look for 20+ employees, 3+ years in business and day-to-day work that runs through software. Use the estimate above or book a call and we'll tell you.
Do you buy the data?
No. We work on your side. We find the buyers, bring your company to the ones that fit and help you compare their offers. The license is always between you and the buyer.
Why would an AI company pay for our data?
Models already know the public internet. What they lack is how real businesses work day to day: the requests, the judgment calls, the follow-through. Your records hold thousands of those examples, so buyers pay to license them.
How much could our company earn?
Buyers price on three things: what the data shows, how many years it covers and what they need this month. Public offers in this market sit between roughly $100K and $2M+ per company. We give you an estimate, never a promise.
